About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Washroom Service Driver to join our team at phs Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the Hexham area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting customer premises to collect and replenish washroom products, including feminine hygiene bins and nappy bins.
  • Returning to the local depot to unload waste and stock up on phs products.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Working collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Vaccinations against Hepatitis B, tetanus/polio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £24,500 + OTE £25,500.
  • A 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
  • 23 days annual holiday + bank holidays.
