Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Manager for our Commercial & Institutional (C&I) division.

Role Responsibilities:

  • As a vital member of our finance team, you will oversee the monthly and quarterly financial position reporting for the C&I sector.
  • Your role will involve fostering and sustaining robust relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders within Finance and the C&I division.
  • You will have the opportunity to present your findings and insights to the C&I Finance Director on a regular basis, ensuring high visibility for your contributions.

Key Duties:

In your capacity as a Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This includes managing the balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and both internal and external reporting requirements.

Your responsibilities will also encompass:

  • Conducting franchise actuals reporting review meetings with the C&I Finance team and the Finance Director.
  • Supporting the Finance Director through various reporting cycles while adhering to relevant policies and evaluating the effectiveness of business controls.

Strategic Contributions:

Throughout your tenure, you will:

  • Influence the strategy and operational framework for financial oversight, aiming to build and maintain trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver precise and insightful analytical reviews and challenges.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop an optimal operational model for the finance function.
  • Ensure the successful execution of mandatory and strategic programs that affect key financial reporting outputs.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess prior experience in financial oversight, ideally within a financial services context. A professional accounting qualification is essential.
