Key Responsibilities- Act as a clinical expert, providing specialist knowledge and advice to nurses and junior medical staff.
- Work towards safe and timely discharge plans, identifying and addressing barriers to discharge.
- Support the nursing team, promoting best clinical and professional practice.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, facilitating orientation and training programs.
- Participate in systematic monitoring of performance and evaluation of nursing practice.
- Registered Nurse Level 1
- Current NMC Registration
- Evidence of formal ongoing professional development
- Relevant accredited post-registration qualification at level 3 (desirable)
- Qualification in Teaching, Assessing and Mentoring (desirable)
