Join Our Team as a Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Logistics team at Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise to support business-critical projects within the department
  • Balance the continuous search for new improved ways of working with implementing agreed ways of working to ensure sustainability
  • Responsible for department KPIs, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
  • Take ownership of implementing systems and ways of working to overachieve on safety, quality, delivery, and cost
  • Lead improvement initiatives, including minor projects, and facilitate and manage Capex projects within the logistics department
  • Lead VPO compliance in the department through implementation of VPO standards
Requirements:
  • Relevant technical qualification for the local region and a degree or equivalent operational experience
  • Experience in warehousing management or supervisory roles and a strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, tools, and techniques
  • Proven track record in process improvement with strong knowledge of project management and logistics processes
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
