Job Title: Associate Specialist

At Elysium Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced Associate Specialist to join our CAMHS team at Brighton and Hove Clinic. As an Associate Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services across our eating disorder service under the direction of our responsible clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical assessment, review, and evaluation to young people under our care and treatment, ensuring that all treatment plans are fully adhered to.
  • Work closely with our Consultant, ward manager, and wider MDT to ensure seamless care and treatment.
  • Take a specific focus on physical health, food and fluids, and risk management across the ward.
  • Participate in regular multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure adequate planning and coordination of care.
Requirements:
  • Full GMC registration.
  • Experience working in psychiatry within multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists (desirable).
  • Recent appraisal within the last year.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Psychiatry (desirable).
  • Experience working as a doctor within a similar environment.
  • Section approval (desirable).
