Nursery Assistant Room Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Room Leader to join our nursery team in Barnet, London.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Room Leader in the daily management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children aged 18 months to 2.5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Room Leader in planning and implementing engaging and challenging activities for children
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and healthy environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, meeting their individual needs and abilities
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Enhanced Child DBS on update service
  • Right to Work in the UK
