We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Egis in the UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects across the M25 network, from design inception to close-out. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end management of projects, including scheme development, engagement with stakeholders, and coordination with internal and external teams.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including planners, construction managers, project QS, asset managers, and designers.
- Management of the P6 programme, including identification of critical path activities and commercial management of the project.
- Commission and manage internal and external resources to ensure quality, budget, and programme delivery.
- Lead on gateways and collaborative cost reviews with the client and project team.
- Adhere to project governance procedures and lead presentations with supporting documentation to pass through project gateways.
- Routine reporting on project schedule, progress, risk, and commercial status to internal stakeholders and the client.
- Engage in the Collaborative M25 Community, including Balance Scorecards, forums, and workshops as required.
- Project Management experience, preferably supported by a recognized Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or APMP.
- Broad skills, knowledge, and understanding of Highway or Structures Engineering and associated design areas.
- Knowledge of CDM and other H&S and Environmental legislation related to Highway Engineering.
- Knowledge of the NEC (New Engineering Contract) and other relevant forms of contract.
- Strong safety management culture and self-aware, adaptable style to meet varying project needs.
- Ability and willingness to travel to other offices for meetings and site visits, including night shifts for H&S audits.
- Full Driving License.
