About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and inducting of new staff members, ensuring diversity and equality throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new staff members
  • Ensuring diversity and equality in the workplace
  • Providing generalist HR advice to stakeholders and Directors
  • Promoting company benefits and managing staff absences
  • Supporting pay reviews and HR communication

Requirements:

  • Accomplished HR generalist with level 5 CIPD qualification
  • Commitment to a 9-month contract
  • Local to Brentwood due to site-based requirements
