About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at NonStop Consulting. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing operational and motivational leadership to our staff, as well as supervision and case management, guidance, support, and expert advice to Occupational Therapy and social care staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Occupational Therapy and social care staff
  • Supervise and manage a small caseload of complex cases
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to promote independence and autonomy
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service delivery
Requirements
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC Registration
  • Experience of working in a statutory health or social care setting, undertaking complex OT assessments and interventions
  • Moving and handling risk assessments experience
