Recruitment Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Advisor to join our team at Government Facility Services Ltd. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues who are dedicated to making a positive difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and select candidates for various roles within the organization
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Provide coaching and mentoring to new recruits
- Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience in FM or Engineering recruitment from an agency or in-house background
- Experience of working within a large, multi-site business
- Experience of public sector recruitment principles
- Diploma or Advanced Apprenticeship (level 3 qualification) in HR or Recruitment / CIPD
- Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
