Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing a personalized and attentive service.
  • Property Marketing: Effectively market and promote available rental properties through various channels to attract quality tenants.
  • Viewings and Negotiations: Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing properties and addressing inquiries. Skillfully negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and other relevant terms to ensure successful lettings transactions.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed of local market trends, rental values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure all lettings activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Handle paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks associated with the lettings process.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £22,000 basic
  • Car Allowance and Commission: Receive a car allowance and commission for meeting sales targets
  • OTE: £50,000 OTE

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in the real estate industry
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Queens Park property market would be ideal
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Focus: Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering a genuine and personal service
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant lettings regulations and procedures
  • Attitude: A proactive and positive attitude
