Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
  • Conduct lease extensions and auction transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external audits.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  • Adhere to firm policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, including complex aspects.
  • Strong knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
  • Proficient in business development.
  • IT literate with a willingness to embrace system improvements for efficiency.
  • Proven experience in building relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
