We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at Linkster Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

• Conduct testing and analysis of products to meet customer and industry standards.
• Control packaging adherence to specifications.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and perform calibration audits.
• Conduct sensory analyses on finished products.
• Place non-conforming products on hold as needed.
• Conduct environmental and effluent analysis.
• Uphold impeccable hygiene standards across all production areas.
• Collect microbiological samples and prepare them in our on-site laboratory.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-speed manufacturing environment in the food or beverage laboratory sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Keen attention to detail.

• Competitive salary package totalling £32,396.39.
• Rotating shift pattern from Monday to Friday.
