Job Title: Content and Social Media Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content and Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our team at Touchstone Education. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting our Director in creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with our business objectives
  • Create high-quality social media content, including graphics, videos, and captions, that resonates with our target audience
  • Manage and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and campaign strategies
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with social media content creation, including graphic design and video production
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
