The primary objective of this role is to make significant contributions to the development of Flusso's core sensor technology portfolio, including:

  • Hands-on development of core technology assets, including prototyping, characterization, validation, and qualification.
  • Collaboration with manufacturing partners for the development of manufacturing processes and production test solutions for sensor devices.
  • Theoretical and numerical analysis, including validating modeling/simulation results with experimental data, packaging recommendations for new MEMS, and design of experiments and hands-on testing for proof of concept for new designs and ideas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a similar field. A postgraduate degree is strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the development of MEMS devices, with significant know-how of one or more of the following: wafer process development and fabrication, packaging, device characterization & testing, sensor development, data analysis, and relevant patents and/or publications in the field.
  • A proactive approach, responsiveness to changing project needs, and careful management and control of design information and data.
