Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant with expertise in fixed asset accounting to join our client's finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing fixed asset accounting, producing financial reports, and collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fixed Asset Accounting: Process asset requests, disposals, and depreciation, and reconcile the fixed asset register to the general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Produce monthly financial reports and analysis for senior management, and prepare and manage capital expenditure budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, and identify and implement process improvements in financial operations.
  • Support: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, and contribute to the preparation of financial statements and tax returns.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Experience: Proven experience in fixed asset accounting and related processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
