Personal Injury Fee Earner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to join our client's team. As a Personal Injury Fee Earner, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury litigation files from inception to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations, assess liability, and advise clients accordingly
  • Prepare legal documentation, including court pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
  • Negotiate settlements with insurers and third-party representatives
  • Attend court hearings and liaise with counsel as required
  • Provide exceptional client care and maintain regular communication throughout the claim process
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law, Civil Procedure Rules, and relevant case law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload from start to finish
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Proactive and client-focused approach
