Structural Steel Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural and Architectural Steel Estimator to join our client's team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable business that is expanding in 2024.
The ideal candidate will have experience in using Strumis software (ideally) or any other pricing software, and will be able to develop cost estimates for structural steel and architectural structures. They will also be responsible for preparing detailed quotations, pricing schedules, and presentation documents for tender bids.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in the structural steel sector within construction and will be able to establish budgets for the Commercial, Procurement, and Project Teams. They will also be responsible for reviewing and advising on Proposed Client Contract Documentation, attending Client Pre-tender meetings and initial site visits, and preparing Handover Documentation to the Commercial and Project teams.
The role requires good IT skills, along with knowledge of StruMIS and/or Revu 21. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
