Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Challenge-trg Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our transport and logistics resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Source and recruit top talent for our transport and logistics resources, utilizing a range of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for our roles.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their recruitment needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with our branch manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the transport and logistics sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with excellent time management skills.
  • Full UK driving license, with the ability to travel to our sites as required.
