About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Support Worker to join our team at Daffodil House, a new Adult Care service opening in early 2025. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their best lives.

  • Participate in activities and engage with residents to enhance their quality of life
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring resident needs are met
