Job DescriptionThe Product Owner will be responsible for defining the Product vision, roadmap, and managing the Product development process as part of an Agile Squad.
They will lead the Product development team towards achieving the vision and mission of the organization, ensuring that the Product(s) meet the customers' needs.
The Product Owner will be responsible for budgeting, planning, and managing the development project from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the development process and acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Assisting the Squad/Product development team to define and meet the objectives of each sprint through the different ceremonies.
- Owning User Acceptance Testing.
- Sharing and promoting Agile values and principles.
- Developing business cases and supporting PMO governance where required.
- Understanding of Agile in a business lead/Product Owner role.
- Expert in data platform improvement.
- Data-centric approach.
- Commercial awareness.
- Ability to lead and motivate agile and cross-functional teams.
- Analytics Use Cases, Cross-functional departments, Data lifecycle, Data Products, Migration of Data Platforms, IT.
