Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field
  • 5 years of experience in information technology customer service
  • Demonstrated knowledge of information technology and its use in education, research, and support
  • Ability to plan and manage a portfolio of concurrent short- and long-term projects
  • Strong management skills and the ability to develop and mentor a diverse team

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience to include supervision
  • Experience working in a higher education environment
  • Equivalent combination of education, experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered
