As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be the vital link between schools and educators. You will build relationships both on the phone and in person. You will be tasked with sourcing the best educators for a range of schools and roles, converse with candidates, and qualify them thoroughly. You will then guide them through the interview process and eventually close the deal and negotiate contracts.
This role is fast-paced and challenging. You will be pushed to see how resilient and ambitious you really are. You will meet fantastic people along the way and build long-lasting relationships and friendships with the schools and teachers that you have supported.
