Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a confident and driven individual to join our Field Sales Representatives team as a Field Sales Representative. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will meet with our prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our cutting-edge products and services. We offer in-depth training when you first join, enabling you to have quality conversations with customers from the get-go and setting you up for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with prospective customers at their doorstep to sell our products and services
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Participate in in-depth training to develop skills and knowledge
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions), with uncapped commission potential. Our top advisors earn £50k - £70k per year. We also offer a car allowance, 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off. Plus, the option to buy and sell 5 days' leave, to suit your personal needs.

We have an excellent pension scheme, matching up to 10%, and employee BUPA medical cover, health care plan, and life assurance. As well as the benefits, we also offer a wide range of support, rewards, and tools - all focused on helping you to prioritise what really matters.
