About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Scheduler to join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. as part of our dynamic and customer-centric organization.

As a Logistics Scheduler, you will play a key role in optimizing planning accuracy, cost, and customer experience while developing best practices for our transportation network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Planning: Execute daily forecasts to ensure accurate demand planning and efficient resource allocation.
  • Route Optimization: Plan delivery routes and monitor volume flow to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure targets and service deadlines are met, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, and Ground Transportation, to support day-to-day operations.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct research and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Maintain and report statistics and analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in analytical tasks, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
