Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plot sales and conveyancing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with estate agents, developers, and buyers' lawyers to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Request redemption figures and liaise with lenders to release plots from security.
  • Assist in the preparation of sale contract packs and report to clients with contracts to sign.
  • Deal with buyers' lawyer enquiries and provide timely responses.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a Paralegal with:

At least one year of experience in plot sales and conveyancing.Proficiency in Excel for generating weekly reports to developers.Excellent attention to detail and a polished telephone manner.Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
