About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at ESP, a leading OT Security Software Company. As a UK Sales Executive - Defence Sector, you will be responsible for managing full sales cycles from lead to meeting to close, targeting Defence and MOD customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Defence and MOD customers
  • Manage the sales process from lead to close, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the Defence sector, with a strong track record of closing full sales cycle deals
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the Defence and MOD markets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
