Compliance Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our Business Acceptance Team at Law Support. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring our firm complies with regulatory requirements in conflicts, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and sanctions matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reviewing and resolving conflict of interest issues in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct due diligence on clients in line with AML and sanctions regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of business acceptance requests.
  • Support the ongoing development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective risk management and regulatory adherence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance and audit purposes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in risk and compliance, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Working knowledge of conflicts or AML regulations.
  • Experience with Intapp is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
