About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Operations Analyst to join our team at Penguin Books Limited. As a key member of our Information Security community, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our systems and data against technical risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire continuous improvement in the adoption and utilization of advanced security tools, processes, and services.
  • Ensure that technical security controls are operating effectively and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement technical security solutions to protect our systems and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on security-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge and experience across various security domains, including Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications, and Networks.
  • Hands-on knowledge of technical security solutions, including EDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and more.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
