Job Title: Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Wellington Care, a subsidiary of Hull and East Yorkshire Mind. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs in our community.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to adults with complex needs, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the ongoing needs of our service users are met.
  • Support and supervise junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and best practice.
  • Participate in on-call duties and be available to work flexibly to meet the needs of our service users and the organisation.
