About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at Great Heights Academy Trust. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director of HR in delivering a best practice HR service to our academies, schools, and designations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support and guidance across various operational areas, including absence management, appraisal/performance management, and employee relations.
  • Support the Director of HR in delivering a best practice HR service to our business.
  • Work closely with employees and stakeholders to provide a fast and efficient response to HR queries and requests.
  • Travel to various sites to provide HR support and guidance.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in a professional HR function.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A flexible and can-do attitude.
