Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and compliance of aerospace equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with regulatory authorities, clients, and stakeholders, representing the company effectively.
  • Implement built-in quality measures, identifying best practices to foster continuous improvement in quality standards.
  • Conduct regulatory audits to evaluate the overall efficiency of the Quality Management System.
  • Oversee the Supplier Audit Schedule and perform quality system audits in accordance with site requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing contractual quality obligations to guarantee adherence to industry standards.
  • Authorize quality assurance documentation and process approvals as directed by the Quality Manager.
  • Support and lead initiatives aimed at standardizing processes, enhancing existing quality assurance practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Shift Patterns:

  • Day Shift: Monday to Thursday (07:00 to 15:30) & Friday (07:00 to 13:00)
  • Late Shift: Monday to Thursday (15:30 to 00:00)
  • Night Shift: Start Sunday night at 22:00 and finish at 07:00 on Monday

Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from £34 to £23.38, depending on experience and shift.
