We are seeking an experienced GP to join our team at Park Surgery in Horsham, West Sussex. As a salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical services to patients on a personalized list and other registered patients with the practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of services in line with the GMS Contract and Enhanced Services Contracts.
  • Refer patients as appropriate and in accordance with local procedures.
  • Undertake duties such as prescription signing, prescribing reviews, telephone advice, triage, and late doctor in accordance with the rota.
About Us

We are a passionate team committed to providing excellent patient care. We have a strong focus on training and currently have Registrars, Physicians Associates, Medical Students, and Trainee Practice Nurses.

We hold twice-weekly clinical meetings to discuss patient safety, palliative care, prescribing, and Frailty MDT with community Geriatrician.

We have excellent Practice Coordinators who liaise with the community nursing teams, OOH, and Nursing Homes to support our vulnerable population.

We have a direct referral Ultrasound service on site through AQP NOUS.

Requirements
  • Experience of working in General Practice is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and provide high-quality patient care.
  • Commitment to self-learning and continuing professional development.
  • Review and adhere to practice protocols and policies at all times.
  • Participate in local initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient care.
