About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Digital Support Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing data, and processing orders. You will work closely with our engineers and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support
  • Manage data on Microsoft Excel, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Process orders, including taking card payments using a secure system
  • Liaise with engineers and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery
