About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, assessing and managing patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual patient care plans
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
  • Participate in the teaching and training of students and junior staff members
Person Specification
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Substantial post-registration experience within an acute hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
