Job Title: Finance Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Manager to join our team at Future Prospects. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the regional management and technical leadership for our clients' Oracle EBS and HFM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 3rd Line technical support for our clients' Europe Oracle EBS & HFM systems, supporting complex data & configuration challenges, mentoring finance staff.
  • Provide a consultative, supporting approach to promote the ongoing improvement of our clients' finance systems and processes.
  • Oversee the safety and reliability of the hosting the on-premise' finance systems, technical roadmap, ensuring adherence to appropriate internal and external compliance requirements (e.g. J-SOX).
  • Represent finance systems in projects and change activities.
  • Support the Finance function and represent the ICT function in a forthcoming global SAP migration project.
  • Support audit & complex remediation programs as required, advise & guide related to security and access controls.
  • Lead / support external supplier relationships as required.
  • Manage complex technical change & integration projects.
  • Lead, plan and manage system upgrades as required.
Requirements:
  • Educated to Degree level in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related discipline.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience of managing / supporting Oracle EBS and HFM solutions, both from a Functional & Service Delivery perspective.
  • Significant experience of supporting the finance management team of a Global / pan-European Company, ideally in the Manufacturing & Sales sectors. Solid understanding of core finance & accounting processes.
  • A solid understanding of broader ERP system principles and processes.
  • Solid understanding and experience of working in an ITIL based approach.
