About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Provide day-to-day management and operational control of the service, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of life for our clients.
  • Support and empower our clients to maintain independence and achieve their goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new care initiatives and programs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Experience working with adults and young people with profound and complex disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and nights.
