Structural Engineer Job Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment is partnering with a leading precast concrete company in Antrim to find a skilled Structural Engineer.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on designing and specifying elements for major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and specify elements for major projects
  • Work closely with the engineering team to design and assist in the production of calculations, drawings, and reports
  • Responsible for the technical aspects of projects, with full support from other team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Strong analytical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
  • Strong engineering design experience, particularly in using software such as Tekla Structural Designer, AutoCAD, and Revit
  • Good planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • A 'can-do' attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service
