  • Support the Shop Manager in driving sales and profit through effective stock management, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sort and process stock, deal with customers, and maintain high visual standards in the shop.
  • Assist the Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop, including opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team of volunteers.
  • Hands-on approach, with creativity to come up with new ideas for generating donations.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Desirable: previous experience working in the charity sector.
