We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Roth Bar in Bruton, Somerset. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
About the RoleAs Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the property are maintained to the highest standards. You will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensuring that all areas of the property are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Developing and implementing housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of housekeeping services, including laundry and linen management
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences
