The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Meter Reader to join our team. As a Meter Reader, you will be responsible for collecting and reading utility meters in the field, ensuring accurate and timely data collection. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and read utility meters in the field, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Operate a company vehicle, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge in meter reading and customer service.

Requirements

  • Valid driving license with no more than 6 points.
  • Use of a personal vehicle with business insurance and current MOT.
  • Ability to pass a basic DBS check.
