Marketing Manager

THE RECRUITMENT DUO is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their marketing department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to bring a new brand to life in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute national and regional marketing campaigns to meet company objectives
  • Work collaboratively with the sales department to ensure retailers are using the correct brand and marketing materials
  • Oversee content creation across all social media accounts and ensure high levels of positive audience engagement
  • Assist in the production of artwork, images, videos, and text required for all areas of the Group
  • Produce marketing materials to promote after-sales, accessories, and parts sales
  • Produce MI reports and ensure measurements are in place to measure effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Proven work history within a similar Marketing Manager or Brand Manager role
  • Proven ability in social media and analysing data to formulate messaging and communicate information effectively with audiences
  • Degree educated or equivalent desirable
  • Automotive industry experience desirable
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Motivated and enthusiastic nature
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to work
