Mortgage and Protection Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team at The New Homes Group. As a Mortgage and Protection Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to our customers, helping them navigate the mortgage process and achieve their homeownership goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attracting new customers and business, while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
  • Providing expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
