Role Overview: As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. Your primary objective will be to uphold the highest service standards while ensuring the efficiency of customer plant and equipment under maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance across the designated regions.
- Diagnose system issues during service visits to customer sites.
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), address customer breakdowns, and manage warranty work.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a reliable point of contact.
- Collaborate effectively with the Service Desk, Sales, and Operations Team to share valuable customer insights.

Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will possess relevant experience and qualifications in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, including:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Cat 1 F-Gas certification
- Professional appearance and client-facing skills
Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary up to £48,000 with annual pay reviews.
