HR Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries
  • Provide expert advice on Employment Law and HR policies
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle
  • Update and maintain in-house systems for sickness absence, holiday, contracts, and employee changes
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain effective working relationships with staff, managers, and external partners
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Proven experience in HR, with excellent knowledge of Employment Law and disciplinaries
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good ethical judgment
Benefits:
