About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our Retail team at Saltrock. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in-store
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, meeting sales targets and achieving revenue goals
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and product replenishment
  • Support the implementation of sales promotions and price changes, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Process deliveries and maintain a safe and healthy store environment

Requirements

  • Warm and friendly manner, with a passion for selling and interacting with customers
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and ability to maintain a high level of store presentation
  • Competent in till operations and cash handling
  • Experience in Retail is desirable, but not essential
