About You
This is a remarkable opportunity to influence the development of a new educational establishment and foster an exceptional learning atmosphere to support and nurture our students.
For this position, prior teaching or tutoring experience is essential.
A degree is preferred, along with recent experience in delivering lessons up to GCSE level.
Your role will involve providing top-notch education, care, and life preparation for all students within the institution.
You will facilitate and promote a learning experience that empowers students to reach their individual potential.
Contributing to the enhancement of student achievement and behavior standards is vital.
You will assist in the institution's commitment to providing and monitoring opportunities for personal and academic development.
While previous experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is not mandatory, it is advantageous.
Proven experience in lesson planning, delivery, and classroom management with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes for each student is required.
Familiarity with Safeguarding & Child Protection Procedures is essential.
