Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Architect, Chester. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing team, driving business growth and excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and excellence, including sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Work closely with the Pub Manager to develop and implement business plans, including marketing and promotional activities.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that the business is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and revenue, including developing and implementing new menu items and promotions.
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or similar role in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
