As a Support Worker at SeeAbility, you will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to participate in a wide range of activities. Your duties will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities such as laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with the individuals you support, understanding their needs and preferences, and helping them to achieve their goals.
  • Working collaboratively with other agencies, parents, carers, and services to ensure person-centred care.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of records and support plans, and functioning as a Key Worker when required.
  • Supporting individuals to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
