About The Role
Mentor for PLVE Dentists – Full Time Opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for an experienced associate dentist to join our Southampton practice and provide mentor services to overseas qualified/GDC registered dentists.
This could be a great next step in your career to support the next generation of dentists starting their careers in the UK, alongside your own career and developing your private income.
For this role, we are seeking associate dentists with 5 years NHS experience in general practice, to satisfy the criteria for mentoring by the NHS along with an active performer number.
At Totton Dental Clinic, you will benefit from a supportive practice team and a well-managed appointment book.
What's On Offer:
- Full-time role – Mondays to Fridays, with Saturdays an option for private work
- An annual UDA contract between 6000-7000 UDAs – you can decide what's right for you
- Market-leading UDA rate
- Additional income of £500 per month to mentor an overseas qualified dentist

For this role, we are seeking associate dentists with 5 years NHS experience in general practice, to satisfy the criteria for mentoring by the NHS along with an active performer number.
This 5-surgery practice is located just off the busy high street, with excellent access to shopping facilities and enjoys free car parking. The practice has recently undergone heavy investment and refurbishment.
